Cancellation Policy

Booking and Session Policy Her Golf Social By booking a session with Her Golf Social, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, or non-attendance without notice, will result in the session being charged in full and are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure confirmation of your cancellation has been received. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time. Requests made within 24 hours cannot be accommodated and the session will be treated as used. All rescheduled sessions are subject to availability. It is your responsibility to ensure confirmation of your rescheduled session has been received. Group Sessions All sessions are run in a group format with limited spaces to maintain a relaxed and personal experience. Bookings are secured on a first come, first served basis. Due to limited availability, we are unable to hold or reserve spaces without payment. Payment and Refunds All sessions must be paid for in advance to secure your space. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made outside of the 48 hour notice period and will be processed to the original payment method. Late Arrival Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time and we are unable to extend sessions to accommodate late attendance. Cancellations by Her Golf Social In the unlikely event that a session needs to be cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund provided. General We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you are unable to attend due to genuine emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate where we can.
